Goods are shipped by our team at Koru. We are based here in Cairns, North Queensland. You can expect us to ship your order within 2-4 business days of receiving it in most cases. Please allow longer during peak times and sales. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin order processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding QLD Public holidays.

This is sent via our couriers or standard Australia Post. This is NOT express shipping
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Is sent via Australia Post and in most cases, will be with you in 1-2 business days depending on Australia Post. We do not take any responsibly nor do we have any control at how fast your order will get to you.

Please note that if you qualify for free shipping, it will be sent STANDARD SHIPPING via our couriers or Australia Post. If you need your order in a hurry, we highly suggest you select EXPRESS shipping at checkout.
You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that we use Sendle or Australia Post to send orders and we use the utmost care in packaging your goods, however once your order is shipped it is no longer our responsibility.
Koru Furniture & Homewares do not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required.

Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times like Christmas, Easter and Mother's Day.
Koru Furniture & Homewares does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been taken by Sendle or Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit.
Koru Furniture & Homewares will not refund or reimburse postage costs in such cases.
PICK UP IN STORE
If you are a local shopper here in Cairns, and you select PICK UP IN STORE at the checkout, your order will be available to collect from our store during normal trading hours.
Note that payment is required in full prior to pick up.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you spend over $200, we are able to offer local delivery at the flat rate of $10.00 within a radius of 15km from our store.
The 15km radius covers all suburbs between Smithfield and Edmonton.
To make arrangements for delivery outside of these suburbs, please call Koru Furniture & Homewares directly during store hours for a quote.
Same Day Delivery – Monday to Friday orders MUST be placed by 10:30am
All deliveries are made between 11am and 6pm
Work Places – Deliveries will be made by 5pm
If a delivery cannot be made successfullly due to an incorrect address or not having access to a property a re-delivery fee will apply and we will contact you before a re-delivery.
